Why Weight Lifting Is Not a Good Idea

By Christian Marlon

As women, you want to look and feel great about your body. You want to have a skinny physique and gorgeous curves at the same time that men would like to turn their heads for. You want to get rid of unwanted fat that makes you feel plump and chubby, thus, cutting your entire self-confidence, altogether.

So many people have advised you to enroll in a fitness program like weight lifting and boxing. While these two trainings may give you muscles and may tone your body, they do not burn fat. What they do is just transform your existing flab into bulky forms that may even make you resemble a wrestler. You don't want that, right? You want to look feminine because that is what's appealing for men.

What many do not know is that weight training and boxing are not weight cutback programs. Instead of trimming down your thigh fat, for example, they only make you appear like a bulky man. Weight training is a strength training program created to build size and skeletal muscles. While boxing is a combat sport that develops your body so that you are able to fling out the best blow.

Both develop the muscles in order for a person to become stronger and able to carry as much weight as they can throughout the training. Weight trainers basically develop arm and thigh muscles and also shoulder muscles. Boxing does the same thing. Imagine the incredible hulk or Manny Paquiao. Those guys have got some incredible weight training.

Weight lifters are made to carry bars, dumbbells and weight stack to oppose the gravitational force using concentric and eccentric contraction. Weight lifters can develop muscles on targeted parts, but they cannot reduce the fat existence without full body workout and diet.

So except if you want to become a bodybuilder, Olympic weightlifter or a woman boxer, weight lifting and boxing training are not for you. You can test other whole body work out plan that would make your body lean and curvy at the same time. Not this.
