Another way to lose weight instantly is to take slimming pills. There are two kinds of slimming pills. One is prescribed slimming pills and the other one is over the counter pills. The best weight loss pills are the prescribed ones because they are proven to be effective and safe, unlike the over the counter pills that may or may not work. Some pills even have very strong side effects. That is why, when taking any medications, you have to consult the doctor first because they can give you advice on losing weight and how to take good care of your body. But not all slimming pills have side effects. To avoid the side effects you should always consult your doctor in this kind of situation.

It is very important to always ask the advice of doctors and seek medical attention in losing weight to prevent yourself from falling in any danger. Still, the safest way to lose weight is proper diet and exercise.
