Consumers Shopping for Organic Food Has Increased A Lot. Organic products, during the last decade and a half, have evolved enough to have nearly achieved mainstream status.

If you went back to the 1990's, you could only locate natural foods in upscale grocery stores or fitness food co-ops, but now you can find them in any supermarket. With the expanded availability and strong sales, natural food has become more affordable.

Increased sales signifies that people have become more aware of our environment as well as aware of what we put into our bodies. As more folks see the advantages of eating organic foods, there will be a higher demand and higher production requirements in the near future.
