Executing hCG Weight Loss Programs

With all the assortment of diet programs around, you must be wondering how hCG Diet Plans differ from them. For instance, when the menu needs you to have chicken breast, you shouldn't have a turkey breast instead. There are also certain food seasonings that you may use liberally on plain foods to make them more tasty and appealing. Seasonings like cinnamon and cardamom can be sprinkled on fruits such as apples. Anyway they don't add calories to your diet so that they can be used while you're on an hCG plan.

The hormone would serve as a hypothalamus gland stimulator. When this gland is stirred, your metabolism would be regulated and geared towards working at burning fats rapidly and efficiently even after you stopped taking the hCG hormone. The hCG diet plans would need you to go through three dieting phases. The first phase is a low-calorie period and might include cleansing of the body's system. This initial step could go on for a few days. However, at the end of this part of the phase, you'll binge on foods with high calorie level.

The early phase is significant and so unique if you compare it to most diet programs. Set your mind this way: the end of this phase is comparable to a car that's run out of gasoline. It starts to sputter as it tries to use every final drop of gas to run on. As soon as you fill it up with more energy, the engine starts to run slickly again.

Your body would be working the same way on hCG diet plans. During the low calorie phase, your body uses fat that's been stored inside your body to get every ounce of energy it can to keep the body running. During the binging process, the body resets itself and the metabolism that's designed to burn fat begins to purr and do its job sufficiently.

Kevin Trudeau popularized the hCG Weight Loss plans with the publication of his book, "The Weight Loss Cure They Don't Want You To Know About". His book is based on Dr. Simeon's findings on hCG diet research and the effects that the hormone contributed in reducing fat especially in obese individuals. The theory states that the FDA didn't want the news to get out about the hormone and the diet plans because it would make other diet plans invalid and millions of dollars would be wasted by companies who base their profits on programs that don't really give results.
